A year of noodles is a positive resolution project. This new year, I reflected on why and how I make resolutions. My first instict is to commit to NOT do something or to STOP doing something; why not commit to do something I actually enjoy?
I spend way more then I should on restaurant food, and I don’t even want to think about how much of that goes on noodles. So why not learn to make them for myself?
